Stories: 3 Buildings – 2 four story hotels whose exterior architecture is designed to be reminiscent of the original buildings from the sardine canning days of Monterey. Buildings are connected by a pedestrian bridge walkway @ Cannery Row and a 4 Level Parking Structure above on Wave Street.
Office Space: + 203,076 square feet of guest rooms, meeting/banquet space, and prime retail space.
Features: 208 Guest Rooms, Pool, Spa & Restaurant. Exterior Terrace Courtyard and Pier that all have panoramic views of the Monterey Bay.
