Features: The 530,000 SF High-rise office tower located in downtown San Jose was architecturally designed to continue the tradition of the two existing Adobe towers complete with stone and curtain wall facade. Project consists of seventeen office levels rising above a landscaped podium containing six above grade parking levels, two basement-parking levels and a three-story entry lobby. Project features a second cafeteria, exercise facility, outdoor basketball and bocce courts, and meeting rooms along with twelve levels of office area. Contract includes shell, core and interior improvements.
