Features: This project consists of three phases.  Phase one consisted of two buildings totaling 280,000 SF and an 80 acre site development. One of the buildings was a three 3-story building with a full basement and the other building  2-story building totaling 280,000 SF and a Central Utility Plant.  Phase two will have two more  3-story buildings totaling another 290,000 SF.  The final phase will include two more buildings rounding out the campus at 960,000 total SF.  Some unique shell construction features include exterior sandblasted precast panels, high performance glass and aluminum skins, custom designed radiused metal roof screens to adhere to the LEEDS Green Building Criteria.  Tenant Improvement construction consists of clean rooms, stainless steel double contained hazardous custom waste systems and state of the art laboratories with custom designed and fabricated chemical distribution systems.  This project also installed a very elaborate site landscaping scheme designed around an existing three acre lake and historical Sycamore Creek.   Other landscaping features included of fountains, a stream feature and many pedestrian paths. Sports activity areas and functioning outdoor spaces are also being planned to take advantage of the existing three-acre lake and fountain feature that exists on the existing, picturesque, 80 acre site.  Other features include a data center, fitness center, daycare and cafeteria.  Along with the site development, approximately one mile of City Street was widened and rehabilitated.  Overhead utility lines were moved underground and two city signalized intersections were developed. This project is a LEED Silver Award winner.
