Features: 300,000 SF office and retail project including a 350 stall parking garage and a 200-room hotel. The project entails the development of four city blocks in the historical section of downtown Boise. The development will include one building adjacent to an already existing parking garage. This building will include retail on the first floor and office space occupying the second and third floors. The building will be connected to a highly significant historical building, which will be renovated to provide the office lobby for the office spaces it services. On an adjacent block, the development calls for a multi-use building including, retail, cinema and office space.
