Features: 300,240 SF project consisting of a wide variety of improvements at the San Francisco 49er’s NFL stadium. Improvements include major waterproofing, a structural truck display platform, new custom lockers, interior upgrades to suite and hospitality rooms, red zone seating section, luxury suite remodel, stadium operations office and conferencing center upgrades. Project also featured ticket office remodel, stadium light upgrades, section 21-23 waterproofing, public restroom upgrades, 49er Team Store (Sprung Structure), escalator replacement, press elevator modification, concourse plasma TV installation, stair tower upgrades, baseball vomitory infills, alumni tailgate upgrades, a concrete platform erected near the north end zone as an advertisement stand to display various truck and SUV vehicles.
