Features: 49,000 SF computer/data center disaster recovery facility with
18,000 SF of 18’’ and 12’’ raised computer flooring. Fire protection features ADT Unimod fire monitoring system with halon fire suppression in all raised floor areas and security measures include Quartz halogen exterior perimeter lighting, motion detectors, card readers and ADT Central Station Monitoring. Project included installation of 2000 KVA external transformer, (1) 100 KVA and (9) 75 KVA Liebert power distribution centers, (1) 750 KVA solid state exide UPS, separate 1600-A critical load switchboard and 20 minute battery backup. In addition, (17) Liebert A/C units with dual compressor/humidifiers providing 275 tons of cooling and (3) Liebert water chillers, including (1) 7.5 ton shell chiller, were installed.
