Features: Seismic retrofit and tenant improvements of a 2-story historic masonry building. Includes replacement of exterior windows, addition of heating and cooling systems, replacement of the existing elevator and stairs, and the addition of an exterior ramp to achieve ADA compliance. The 6,400 SF interior will be completely remodeled as offices and meeting rooms.
