Features: This is a 193,700 SF project consisting of structural upgrade to a historic reinforced concrete automobile manufacturing plant and demolition of two wings for a new 3-story steel frame addition. Transition to the add-on was attained through preservation of the significant exterior brick facade. Retail space on ground level continued to operate during construction.
