Features: Provided design/build services for this 91,465 SF Data Center for Exodus Communications. Services also included establishing a detailed work plan, sequencing of the construction activities and preparation of the plan for commissioning the Data Center. This facility included 7-2000 Kw generators with 40,000 gallons of underground fuel and all associated UPS gear and underground infrastructure. The mechanical system consisted of 6- 400 ton roof mounted chillers to support raised floor mounted air conditioning units.
