Features: 254,000 SF thirteen floor, 264 room concrete structure with GFRC and stone exterior. This project is comprised of a two-story retail and conference center topped by an eleven-story guest tower that connects to the existing hotel via a pedestrian bridge at the 2nd floor and subterranean service tunnel.
