Franklin Templeton Fitness Center

Features: 9,600 SF fitness center on the first floor of building four within Franklin Templeton Investments, Bay Meadows Campus. The amenities include a wellness center, game room, men's and women's locker rooms, weight room and cardio facility. Devcon initially prepared the room by providing appropriate mechanical systems to circulate the air in the space, coordinated specific locations of equipment to provide convenient power, installed heavy-duty rubber flooring and mirrors around the workout facility. Sound attenuation was also installed at the ceiling space to isolate the fitness center noise from the office space above.
