Features: 360,000 SF tenant improvement to an existing 7-story high rise office building. Project includes open office space with exposed ceilings, private offices, conference rooms, show rooms, break rooms, telepresence rooms, a retail store, an art gallery, a locker room with showers, customer briefing center with a multifunctional auditorium, and an archive display room for visiting guests. Project was constructed in three phases while the building remained fully occupied; Phase 1 consisted of floors 2-4, Phase 2 floors 5-7, and Phase 3 Ground floor. This project will receive a LEED Gold rating
