Paul L. Locatelli, S.J. Student Activities Center At Santa Clara University

Features: New design/build 16,000 SF student center consisting of a large gathering hall at the first floor and offices and conference rooms at the second floor. This steel-framed building has been designed in the Mission style typical of the SCU campus, with a plaster exterior, arcade walkways, wood trellises, and a clay tile roof. The goal for the project is a LEED Gold certification, through the use of recycled materials, energy-efficient mechanical systems, natural ventilation, natural light, etc. Extensive sitework, including a new Alumni Park area, is included in the scope of work.
