Features: Buildings 3 & 4 – 249,000 SF tenant improvement project including testing labs, IDF rooms, failure analysis labs, conference rooms, and offices. A structural upgrade occurred concurrently with the tenant improvement work and included the addition of structural steel and dampers to improve the seismic performance. Marvell completed the project and provided a new look to the campus by removing and replacing the exterior building skin.
Building 12C – 364,000 SF tenant improvement project including test labs, conference rooms, office space, a 12,000 SF lobby, and a 15,000 SF cafeteria. A structural upgrade occurred concurrently with the tenant improvement work and included the addition of structural steel and dampers to improve the seismic performance.
Campus Sitework – Project included fountains, landscaping, palms trees, concrete, water art sculptures, granite, basketball and volleyball courts.
