Milpitas East Parking Garage
Location: Milpitas
Features: 125,000 SF parking structure consisting of four levels with parking for 281 vehicles. The garage is a poured in place, post tension, beam and slab structure. The structure also includes space for a future restroom, which will be utilized by the new library. This project will also consists of minor office space, a janitor’s room, an electrical and telecommunications room and sitework.
