Features: 17,670 SF high-end tenant improvement project including a 1st floor remodel complete with new executive offices, executive assistant stations, kitchen and break room. New stairwell will tie two floors together with minor renovations at 2nd floor. Finishes include casework including calla and mozambique veneer, sewn seam fabric wrapped panels and custom carpet. Project also features new server room to serve both floors.
