Features: Construction and architectural services for new design/build pool facility at Santa Clara University. Scope of architectural services includes existing site studies, accessibility planning, full architectural, structural and pool design and space planning for future upgrades. Phase I work includes installing a pool size from 25 yard in width to 52 meters in length. Includes demolition of existing deck and berm to be replaced by new concrete deck, new electrical & mechanical systems for pool and associated site accessibility improvements. Phase II work to include permanent bleachers, a shade canopy equipped with solar pool heating equipment, new lighting, and a new scoreboard for aquatic events.
