Features: A 711,909 SF Civic Center constructed in downtown San Jose on the south side of Santa Clara Street between 4th and 6th Streets. This project consists of an 18-story high-rise tower; housing the majority of administrative offices plus a public service center on the lower three levels. The project also features a lower wing with a 4-story Council Chambers, offices and public meeting rooms, a 4-story freestanding domed rotunda, a large central plaza, and one level of below-grade parking. This project is LEED Platinum Award winner.
