Features: Construction Management and Architectural Services for the return of the Earthquakes to Major League Soccer. Scope of architectural services includes site studies, material selections and space planning for upgrades and increased seating capacity to the existing Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. Devcon is also currently overseeing the seating expansion, field lighting upgrades, TV broadcast infrastructure improvements, temporary bleachers, temporary press box, new scoreboard and playing field improvements to the existing stadium.
