Features: 2,374 SF coffee and wine bar and wine retail space. The project featured a walnut stain wood bar with stained concrete counters, stained concrete floors, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, decorative lighting throughout bar and merchandise area, plumbing for full bar plus espresso station and food preparation room, natural gas stubs in patio hardscape for portable heaters, and rough-in for sound system and HD TVs throughout space.
