Stanford University Crothers Hall Renovation

Features: 104,342 SF renovation of existing 3- story dormitory buildings to house approximately 378 undergraduate students (84 premier single spaces and 294 non-premier large traditional double spaces). A new Resident Fellow, self contained apartment will be added in the renovations, as well as six new offices. A seismic upgrade at the hall will bring the structure to current seismic performance standards. Project also includes an HVAC upgrade and architectural remodel.
