Sun Microsystems Bldgs. 11,12 & 14 - Mechanical Service Yard

Features: Project consisting of 170,000 SF of tenant improvement and 24,000 SF of new mechanical service yard. Tenant improvement consists of five high density engineering labs and office space. Additionally, a new Mechanical Service Yard will be constructed to provide the necessary services to the mechanical and electrical systems in the labs. The project duration is seven months time with one month of design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data cabling prior to construction. APC systems and Liebert systems will be utilized to handle the large quantity of cooling required for the server racks in the labs. The project also includes environmental chambers, a thermal lab, and a machine shop.
