Features: Design/build 5-story (1 below grade) parking garages centrally located in the brand new mixed-used redevelopment at Downtown Sunnyvale as part of Sunnyvale Town Center project. Parking deck 1, with 1,100 stalls, and parking deck 2, with 1,700 stalls, are both elegantly painted and decorated with flute formed concrete walls, dark emperdor stone veneer, metal fin structure throughout the exterior. Parking space counter displays are integrated into the architectural signage that is strategically installed throughout the garage as well as featured monument signs at the entrances. The roof top levels are equipped with provisions for future photovoltaic system with upgraded stub columns and electrical infrastructure connectivity.
