Tannery Arts Center
Location: Santa Cruz
Features: Managing the design/build team for the pre-construction and future build-out of two 4-story apartment buildings. These buildings which are 90,000 SF each, are built on a concrete podium with parking below, and feature wood framed structures which will house approximately 100 live/work apartments. The buildings were designed to incorporate the existing architecture as well as the historical elements the surround the site.
