Tannery Arts Center Parking Structure
Location: Santa Cruz
Features: 45,600 SF (2 parking structures) single level open (non mechanically ventilated) parking structure with three stories of live work artist lofts above podium. Due to poor soil conditions a displacement auger pile foundation system was utilized to cost effectively maximize bearing capacity while minimize contaminated spoils. The rough industrial aesthetic of the structure’s finishes and accent features such as trellis custom security fencing compliments the fabric of the site which consists of several historic buildings.
