University Plaza
Location: Palo Alto
Features: Design/build 208,000 SF project consisting of two Class A office buildings with a central plaza on a concrete podium over two levels of below grade parking. The 128,000 SF University Building is four stories; the 80,000 SF Palms Building is three stories. Both buildings feature curtain wall glass system with aluminum and GFRC panels and stone veneer. The 274,000 SF parking structure is two levels below grade with one partial level elevated above grade, and supports a landscaped plaza with a fountain between the two buildings. The design portion of this project received a LEED Gold pre-certification and is aiming to achieve a LEED Gold rating for the entire project upon completion.
