Features: 3-story structure with (44) apartment units and garage. Building 'A' consists of (25) units and building 'B' consists of (19) units each ranging from one to three bedrooms; each unit also has a laundry facility. Building 'B' is built on a slope with a large earth filled retaining wall to support a slab on grade. The slab on grade for both buildings are post tensioned concrete and features wood frame construction as well. The exterior consists of plaster and wood siding. Interior finishes include plastic laminate counters, cabinets, cultured marble in restrooms, wood floor entries, carpet and vinyl floor in restrooms and kitchens. Project also features a detached garage, carport and a separate recreation building with a kitchen, fireplace, restrooms and a redwood deck.
