The company's administrative/office staff has increased from 10 in 1976 to over 135 in 2000. A field staff of 20 in 1976 has grown to over 400, and a staff of only two field superintendents upon the company's inception has now grown to over 75. Founded in May 1976, the company generated sales in excess of $6 million by December of that same year. In the following years, activity climbed steadily to $1.3 Billion in 2000, $950 Million in 2001, $520 Million in 2002, $430 Million in 2003 and $470 Million in 2004, $525 Million in 2005 and $540 Million in 2006.
