Features: Grocery store including a ground floor and mezzanine with three bay truck docks. The structure is composed of 8" solid core precast concrete panels, exposed steel joists, metal deck, and (75) 4'-0 X 8'-0" skylights. The exterior face of the panels are finished with an EFIS coating. A corrugated metal awning supported by metal truss spans the entire front of the store and loading dock.
