Location: San Jose
Square Footage:
67,000
Features: Phase I consists of a 3-story, 67,000 SF steel
framed, stucco building with a full height glass atrium as
its centerpiece and entry. The exterior reflects traditional
Hispanic forms and values while the interior provides a state-of-the-art
educational facility designed to prepare its students for
the 21st century business environment. The new campus is being
constructed on the old Frank Marten Elementary School grounds,
which NHU has occupied since 1995 and recently purchased from
the Mt. Pleasant School District. Occupancy of Phase I is
scheduled for fall 2004. When all three phases of construction
are complete, the campus will total three buildings with approximately
180,000 SF. NHU is building the facility with public and private
donations .
