Location: Reno, Nevada
Features: In this 75 acre business park, Devcon will
design and build ten multistory buildings, which will include
approximately 700,000 sf of improvements. The planned uses
for these buildings include technology research and development,
office buildings for support operations for technology companies,
light commercial, banking and restaurants. The first phase
of construction includes three each, two story concrete warm
shell, tilt-up buildings. Each speculative office building
will include approximately 60,000 sf of floor area. Phase
One includes a 15,000 co-location tenant improvement.
