Features: A country western nightclub consisting of a
raised dance floor, stage, three bars, a new HVAC system,
fire sprinklers and new restroom cores. A small addition to
the building provides a band room that connects to the building
behind the stage area. With the building's change of use,
grading, paving, landscaping and underground work were needed
to create 340 parking spaces and improve access to the space.
