Features: This project consists of two wood-framed buildings (one 3-story and one 4-story) on top of a 55,000 sf underground parking podium with a center courtyard between the buildings. The buildings of approximately 100,000 sf include (64) 4-bedroom, 2-bath student units, two facility staff units and one manager unit.
