Features: Phase 2 of the Santa Clara University Residential Learning Center (RLC) is in the schematic design stage. The RLC will include the addition of 245 student beds in 44 apartment units, three 3-bedroom faculty units and three 1-bedroom staff units. The project will also include a technology center, commons building, classrooms and faculty offices. The wood frame 4-story structure will complement the existing architectural theme of the Old Mission Campus and connect to an existing three story residential facility.
