    The Plaza Foster City Foster City, CA This 555,000 SF design/build mixed-use high-density residential project serves as a major landmark and gateway to the Peninsula. The development features an urban classic contemporary design of 307 units and approximately 17,000 SF of retail space. The project consists of three main structures; two wood framed residential buildings (one four stories and one five stories) containing 300 rental apartments and seven live work units and a six tiered concrete long span parking structure housing 730 vehicles. All three buildings have concrete drilled piers foundations and the amenities include three courtyards with a pool and jacuzzi, exterior BBQ area and fireplace, resident media center, fitness center, community center and leasing center.     Cityline Block 3 Sunnyvale, CA Project consisting of core & shell of two 300,000 SF 7-story high-rise steel structures on podium above a 2-story below grade garage on approximately 175,000 SF of site. The project includes office, retail, and lobby space, and also features construction of two new streets, outdoor plazas and elaborate sitework featuring precast planters, unit pavers and stainless steel trellis above an ipe wood deck. The building exterior skin consists of precast and a unitized glass curtain wall System with integral terracotta.     1125 Merrill Menlo Park, CA This 14,200 SF project features a 4-story mixed-use building, slab on grade with two stories of structural concrete and two stories of structural steel and metal decking. The first floor consists of on grade parking with car stackers, a high-end lobby and a conference room. The second floor offers office space with two large north and south facing terraces. Finally, the third and fourth floor consists of two custom high-end residential units with north and south facing terraces as well. The tenant for the first and second floors is Coldwell Banker. The building is a 50,000 SF, one story, concrete tilt building in which we performed full building tenant improvement that includes "open office" architecture throughout. The project also features amenities such as a workout room, locker room, showers, and full exterior landscaping with outdoor patios. Devcon's goal is to show our clients that "Green" Construction and "Lean" Construction practices can be combined in one company to construct a better project at little or no premium. The development consists of (1) five-story wood frame building, (1) four-story wood framed building and (6) attached townhouses all sitting upon a two acre concrete podium.     Broadcom Garage San Jose, CA The project consists of 249,000 SF four-level concrete parking structure providing 812 vehicle spaces. The structure is constructed of pre-cast concrete columns and beams with cast in place post-tensioned floor decks and poured-in-place perimeter moment beam lateral elements supported on a pier foundation. Structure includes two stair wells and a masonry elevator tower. The exterior consists of an array of vertical perforated aluminum plate and stainless steel mesh panels.
