This project consists of a shell and core remodel project of two 60,000 SF airplane hangars with a 6-story control tower. Project consisted of a free-standing mezzanine that served as the second floor, and featured a structural retrofit of the larger window openings at the short ends of the building, footings, as well as roof upgrades. Infrastructural updates included new streets, utility services, a new storm drain pump station, new levee, grading lots for future development, widening a bridge and extensive landscaping.
