MPK28 Campus

This project consists of conversion of 130,000 SF lab space into Facebook use featuring new kitchen, major event presentation space, interstitial stair additions, and significant site upgrades. Much of the project was completed in partially occupied building with shaft and roof modifications in live building. Construction schedule was reduced by half the time with staff working seven days a week, shiftwork, and extreme fast-track methods.
