This project consists of three new 2-story buildings totaling 259,890 SF on a 32-acre site in the Vacaville, between Interstate 80 and Highway 505 at the intersection of Horse Creek Drive and Grassland Drive in the Vacaville Valley Business Park. The project site was master planned for a total build out of 430,000 SF (five each, 86,000 SF buildings) and required about 400 surface parking spaces per building. One of the buildings contains State Fund’s primary data center. The photovoltaic system generates up to 225kwH annually.
