This 287,040 SF design/build cast-in-place concrete tilt-up warehouse expansion features a 1,400 SF office expansion and warehouse improvements including 7” slab-on-grade, 8” thick concrete tilt-up panel walls, exterior storefront glazing & clerestory windows, panelized roof structure, 1% skylight coverage, 60 mil TPO roofing over R-19 rigid insulation, LED warehouse lighting, warehouse restrooms, six dock positions complete with dock equipment, and four added battery charging stations. Project also includes associated site improvements for truck courts and trailer parking stalls with an on-site detention basin.
