Welcome Center at Kiley Ranch

This design/build 3,400 SF standalone stick framed building had the design intention to move the building in three sections to another location within Kiley Ranch. This project incorporates state of the art interior design and landscaping/site work with (2) natural boulder water features, one with an antique windmill over it. The project is an environmentally friendly/green building approach with bamboo countertops, re-used wood flooring from a Midwestern barn, high recycled content on the majority of construction materials, recycling of majority of the construction debris, motion sensor energy efficient lighting, and sensor operated bathroom fixtures. Best Practices LEED for a certified rating.
