This 90,000 SF tenant improvement project includes construction within an occupied building in multiple phases. The first phase included new open office plans on the second and third floors highlighted by “Parachute Lounges” to serve as informal meeting spaces. The second phase features an employee amenity space on the first floor of the building. This amenity space includes a new full service kitchen and cafeteria, a dance studio, an art gallery, and a four-lane state-of-the-art bowling alley.
