This 96,000 SF renovation of an existing building featuring structural modifications includes a new lobby area. Shell and core modifications consist of demolition, replacement of exterior skin, upgraded HVAC, lighting, and roof systems. Project also features upgrades to the existing restrooms as well as new landscaping and hardscape for the site. The project includes a partial tenant improvement scope to produce a market ready space.
