This 501,500 SF project consists of a 230,000 SF, 6-story reinforced concrete warm shell office tower and a 270,000 SF, 4-level below grade parking garage accommodating 672 vehicles and 1,500 SF of retail space. The skin features a combination of glass curtain wall, glass storefront, wood windows with wood fins, GFRC with punched windows, and exposed concrete.
