Construction and architectural services were provided for these new design build office buildings which consist of two 170,000 SF, 5-story office buildings on a 17 acre site. The buildings are steel structures with curtain wall and GFRC exterior systems which feature a complex site development and extensive landscaping. All major building systems (Arch, Struct, Mech, Elect, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Skin systems) were modeled in 3D and clash detection software was utilized to identify and resolve conflicts. This tool was utilized throughout design and construction as owner changes were implemented to the drawings in order to coordinate building systems ahead of field installation.
