The project consists of a 6-story building with a mezzanine level, 7,000 SF of retail/storefront space, with amenity space to include a fitness room, tech room, lounge/bar, commercial grade kitchen for resident use, and an exterior courtyard area with an outdoor fireplace, bar and BBQ. Below-grade parking area features a bicycle room with a service station, and custom lockers and racks.
