Bellarmine Wade Academic Center

San Jose, CA

Project consisting of demolition to the existing Wade Residence Hall, with design/build construction of a new 45,000 SF, two-story academic building featuring classrooms, new utilities, sitework and landscaping. Project also includes reconfiguration of the existing parking lots, allowing improvement to site vehicular circulation.
