650,000 SF structural steel three and four story module buildings with basements requiring poured-in-place concrete walls up to 38' tall. The building skirts consisted of GFRC panels poured-in-place concrete walls and glass wall systems. Project also included the decontamination of six acre site requiring cleaning of 60,000 cubic yards of soil with excavation to 45' deep. Responsible for the sitework, shell and tenant improvements.
