This new 130,000 SF manufacturing facility in the Bay Area that is broken down in three main areas consists of a 70,000 SF dirty manufacturing area and a packaging/shipping area of approximately 30,000 SF, and an office area of approximately 20,000 SF. The manufacturing area includes approximately 30 tools including Ingot tools, furnaces, saws, PCVD Tools, chemical wet benches etc. The testing, packaging/shipping areas have tools and were built as a Class 10,000 room.
