Castro Station

This 49,000 SF 3-story office building consists of steel structure above a 103,000 SF, three level below grade poured-in-place concrete parking structure. Shoring is a beam and lagging with tie back system, and excavation includes contaminated soil and contaminated ground water. The building is a warm shell and includes sitework and infrastructure improvements. Project features glass and aluminum window assemblies, curtain wall assemblies, corrugated metal panels, plaster over metal stud, and a standing seam metal roof.
