Champion Station

This 192,000 SF design/build project on a 10.9 acre site consists of two 2-story buildings of an eight building campus. Exterior façade upgrades include new roof, window mullion and wall colors, new entry doors, free standing steel, as well as wood architectural accent elements. Site work consists of site accessibility, hard scape and landscaping upgrades including new amenities such as employee BBQ and sport courts. Tenant improvement modifications include finish upgrades, ADA upgrades, and new conference rooms.
